Blended Scotch Whisky, Black Tea, Peach, Soda
This classic whisky cocktail is a dry, refreshing and malty mix whisky and soda which we have elevated with a touch of peach and black tea, giving it a fine crisp finish.
This cocktail is all about balance between the whisky, and the carbonation of the soda, and when done right it is greater than the sum of its parts. Our care and attention to detail is what makes it delicious, starting first with our house blend of whisky that was designed specifically for highballs. We use 100% malted barley whisky from a single highland distillery that has both a rich malt flavour as well as a bright and fruity note. this is then carefully mixed and balanced with the additional peach and tea essences and carbonated.
Due to its dry and refreshing taste, this is ideal as a pre-dinner drink, or as an alternative to beer or other carbonated drinks.
Best served ice cold, either straight from the can, or served in a highball glass over quality ice with a lemon wedge garnish.
