London Fermentary, Fermented Jalapeño Sauce 200ml

This is clean and savoury sauce that compliments fatty, citrus flavours. Run it through fresh tomato salsa, drizzle over avocado on toast, mix into baked beans or smother on pulled pork.

Ingredients: Jalapeno chilli, garlic, onions, olive oil, salt.

London Fermentary is based at Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, and was created as a way to make use of leftover veg from the greengrocer Puntarelle and Co. Its owner Elena was inspired by her Russian heritage to make raw, live, delicious products that contain gut-friendly bacteria.
