A unique cider liqueur that's great served chilled as an aperitif, or as an alternative to a dessert wine to round off a meal. Made with Egremont Russet and Bramley apples, which are pressed, frozen and then allowed to naturally defrost - the juice separates into water and sugar liquor in a process known as cryoconcentration. The result is in an intense, complex cider bursting with the best characteristics of the apples.
ABV: 9%
Contains sulphites.
