Biddenden, Gribble Bridge White 2021

Gribble Bridge White is made with Ortega, a German grape developed from crossbreeding Müller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe. It's the signature variety at Biddenden, covering just over half of their vineyard. This wine is off-dry and fruity with fresh aromas of apple and grapefruit, and pairs well with seafood and lightly spicy dishes.

Biddenden is Kent's oldest vineyard, a family-run winery that spans 23 acres in a sheltered valley just outside the Wealden village of Biddenden.
